How do you charge?
Tell us what you need and we send a tailored proposal before any work starts. The proposal explains exactly how we are paid (a fee and/or commissions from the providers we coordinate) before you decide.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
No. We work with you in English from the first call, and we handle the conversations, appointments and paperwork in Spanish and Catalan.
Which areas do you cover?
Our base is Barcelona and we work across Catalonia: the city, nearby towns such as Sant Cugat, Castelldefels and Sitges, and Girona, Tarragona or Lleida when your plans take you there.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. Companies sending an employee to Barcelona, permanently or on a temporary assignment, can hand us the whole move: housing, schools, paperwork and settling in, with one contact and regular updates for HR.
How soon should I contact you before moving?
Ideally 2–3 months before your move, so there is time for housing, school places and paperwork. If you are moving sooner, contact us anyway and we will prioritise what matters first.
Are you lawyers or a real estate agency?
No. We are your coordinators. For legal, tax and property transactions we put you in touch with licensed professionals, who you hire directly, and keep you informed along the way.
